Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Drone‑Stickers.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Operator: Drone‑Stickers.com (referred to as "we", "us", or "Drone‑Stickers").

Design and marketing: All sticker artwork, product descriptions, images, and branding shown on the Site are created, owned, and marketed by Drone‑Stickers.
Third‑party sales and fulfillment: Drone‑Stickers markets products that are sold, processed, fulfilled, and shipped by third‑party vendors, including but not limited to www.stickermule.com/dronestickers. The actual purchase transaction, payment processing, order confirmation, fulfillment, shipping, taxes, and any warranties related to the physical sale are handled on the third‑party vendor’s website.
Vendor terms and policies: Purchase websites may have different and/or additional terms, conditions, privacy policies, shipping rules, or fees. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms before completing a purchase on a vendor’s site.

3. Payments, returns, and refunds

Where payment occurs: All payments and order processing for purchases initiated via links from this Site take place on the third‑party vendor’s platform. Drone‑Stickers does not collect payment information for those purchases.
Returns and refunds: Once a sale is completed on a third‑party website, all returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and related customer service matters must be handled directly with that website and the vendor that processed the sale. Drone‑Stickers is unable to process or handle returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for purchases made through third‑party vendors.
How to proceed: If you need a return or refund, contact the vendor where you completed the purchase and follow their returns and refund procedures. Keep your order number and vendor order confirmation for reference.

13. DMCA and copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, provide a written notice containing identification of the copyrighted work, location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent, and a signature. We will investigate and take action where appropriate.
